Elevation

Weird dream early this morning where I walked into a classroom trying to approach someone for some reason—maybe the teacher—and she turned and asked me a question like “Why are you here?” and I said “Elevation!”

College-age students around the room began to chime in on what elevation meant to each of them, and it got heady/spiritual fast with each new description offered. And I felt physically buoyed with each one—like “YES! This is true interaction. THIS is the catalyst for awakening within each heart and mind—a single word, ELEVATION, and how it relates to each person’s life.”

In the dream as the structured classroom began to organically morph with student excitement and active discussion, the teacher gave me an angry look and I walked out with my index finger pointing skyward mouthing the word:  Elevation.

Then I woke up feeling floaty and excited, and thought that had to be more than a dream.

I’m mentioning it here as a possible GOOD SIGN for all of us, even though things don’t seem so positive at present.  Who knows, maybe the word ‘ELEVATION’ also means something inspiring to someone out there in the world who may run across this post. If so, elaborate on it for all of us just like the class did back to me. Maybe that spark of recognition is the turning point for love and light to return to us.

Maybe it really is all about ‘elevation,’ and how you can elevate yourself beyond your more restrictive earthly boundaries. Interesting thought.
